The Lolita Fashion: Style for the Frilly was one hour located in Panel A. It started out with a power point presentation about the fashion and the styles associated with it. Following that was the short quick burst fashion show and raffle.
After the Lolita Fashion panel, there was a Lolita Swap Meet in room 108. Above are some of the items available for purchase or trade.
Adam Sheedan and Justin Rojas posing for a photo after the State of the Industry, which was in Panel 306 from 1pm to 2pm.
This is was what was going on at the Prudential Center Food Court after 2pm. In the left photo, can you guess what song they were dancing to? Hint: who is the person with the red hat cosplaying as? If you guessed Ash Ketchum, then you probably figured out that the people were dancing to the Pokemon 1st generation theme song. “I want to be the very best, like no one ever was.” Yeah, that song. Lol. The other photo is kind of hard to figure out. However, you might be able to come up with an answer if you look at the hand and arm positions of the dancing con goers. They were dancing like a meme character and the song lasted for 3 minutes. Yes, they were dancing like that the whole time: moving their arms and body side to side, while the hands opened and closed with the fingers bending up and down. This whole lunch time dancing got people curious enough to take pictures of them though. (^_^)
Girugamesh autograph signing in the Dealers Room. Tried to get a photo of the forth member, but it was like two to four fans at the table to get each members’ autograph. I was lucky enough to get three in the photo.
I have no idea why or how it started, but this was the play fight in the Game Room. From what I observed, each player takes turns, steps and does not actually throw real punches. They have been playing this game for a while that day.
In the photo above, Sean Schemmel looks like he is doing standup comedy. However, during the Hour with Sean Schemmel, he decided to take the microphone and walk around the room to get questions from the audience. It was quite a humorous and enlightening panel.
