Robert Kirkman Talks Comics at NYCC

My calendar is set! Only 66 days until the best NYCC yet and only 70 more days until my favorite TV show premieres for its third season. Can you guess what it is? I'll give you a hint - the show is about post-apocalyptic America overrun by zombies and the Creator/Executive Producer/Writer will be at New York Comic Con 2012. You got it - I'm talking about The Walking Dead and I'm going bonkers that Robert Kirkman will be coming to NYCC! This Image Comics partner and founder of the imprint Skybound topped the New York Times bestseller list for graphic novels in 2011 and in April 2012 he took the top five spots on both the hardcover and paperback lists - talk about impressive! When you're not on the lookout for zombies, don't miss Kirkman's panels at NYCC where he'll be chatting about the 100th issue of Invincible dropping this January, introducing the new Skybound title Clone written by David Schuler and pencilled and inked by Juan Jose Ryp and colored by Felix Serrano and highlighting The Road to Woodbury written by Kirkman and Jay Bonansinga. Kirkman may even have a word or two to say about the third season of The Walking Dead, but only time will tell. Until next time...

Stay nerdy my friends,

-Lance
