Pictures has acquired the live-action feature film rights to the hit manga and anime property BLEACH. The announcement comes after another successful year for BLEACH in print, digital publishing, cable television, streaming video, consumer products and video-on-demand.

No, that is not what the title stands for (it can be considered that though). In the story, “MW” is a name for something, but there is no explanation on what the initials stand for. Now I am not going to tell you what MW is in the story; you are going to have to read the book to find out. ;-) However, I can say that MW is why our protagonist, Michio Yuki, loses his mind and becomes the human embodiment of evil.

Never have I read a manga story that is so captivating and epic as Osamu Tezuka's Buddha. Initially, I was reluctant to read this manga, because I thought it was something religious, which I have no interest in reading. However, after seeing the series multi times during different visits to the bookstore, I decided to give the story a chance (keep in mind that I had no idea who Osamu Tezuka was at the time). After completing the first volume, I had the desire to continue reading and that desire did not stop until the conclusion of the story.

FUNimation Entertainment Acquires Rights to Pretear

Flower Mound, TX – February 2, 2012 - FUNimation Entertainment announced today that it has acquired the broadcast, home entertainment, merchandising, and streaming rights to the complete 13 episode anime series, Pretear. This day was perfect to browse around, take photos of booths and buy items that were discounted from the original price at the start of the con. Since I did not have that many panels or activities to check out, the day was less hectic and more relaxing. Plus, the crowd on that day tends was less crowded, so taking pictures was a bit more easier.
