It's official! The Yen Press app that was demonstrated at the New York Comic Con 2010 is available for readers to download from iTunes. It provides signal page views and allows one to auto save one's place. Some of the books available are Daniel X, Maximum Ride, Gossip Girl, Nightschool, and World of Quest. The app will include "special bonus features" and "some of the short stories" that was in the YEN PLUS magazine.
According to the iTunes store, at least on my end, you have to be 17 years old to download the application. The contents may include "frequent/intense cartoon or fantasy violence," "infrequent/mild alcohol, tobacco, or drug use or references," and "infrequent/mild sexual content or nudity," just to name a few. The technological requirements is, of course, the iPad and iOS 3.2 or later. Go check out the app at the iTunes store for more info!
